सुनील गुप्ता द्वारा अपनी रिश्तेदार से बातचीत की रिकार्डिंग संलग्नक है। (संलग्नक संख्या-1) जिसमें सुनील गुप्ता गालिया दे रहा है और गैगवार की बात कर रहा है और अपने रिश्तेदार को धमकी दे रहा है। सबसे आश्चर्य की बात है कि वह कह रहा है कि फेसबुक बनाकर संस्था को बरबाद कर दिया। जबकि दूसरी तरफ श्रुति नागवंशी के फोटो का इस्तेमाल मानवीय गरिमा के खिलाफ किया, जिस पर श्रुति ने कैण्ट थाना-वाराणसी में मुकदमा (मु0अ0सं0 418/13, 66ग, 66घ, 67 BIT एक्ट) दर्ज किया है। (संलग्नक संख्या-2) किन्तु अभी उसने पुनः अपने फेसबुक एकाउन्ट------ पर भगवान कृष्ण की फोटो को सुनील बताया और सपना को दोपद्री बताया। (संलग्नक संख्या-3) सबसे बड़ी बात है कि बिना तलाक के अभी सुनील व सपना हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के तहत पति-पत्नी है। ऐसे में अपने को कृष्ण भगवान दिखाना, ये हिन्दू धर्म के भावनाओं के खिलाफ है। सुनील गुप्ता की मानसिक स्थिति एक शातिर महिला विरोध अपराधी की हो गयी है। इसी कारण उसकी पहली पत्नी ने आत्महत्या किया। (पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट,संलग्नक संख्या-4) आश्यर्च की बात है कि 13 नवम्बर 2011 को सुनील अपनी पत्नी को घर से भागना बताया है।(संलग्नक संख्या-5) जबकि पारिवारिक न्यायालय से जुलाई 2011 से विदा-विदाई का दावा किया। (संलग्नक संख्या-6) इससे सुनील गुप्ता की धूर्तता व अपराधी प्रवृत्ति का पता चलाता है। 2005 में जबरिया विवाह के बाद 2010 से मनोवैज्ञानिक चिकित्सको से दवा कराना शुरू किया। पूरी आशंका है कि सुनील गुप्ता सपना की हत्या करा सकता है।

सुनील गुप्ता खुद माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में मुकदमा दाखिल किया कि मैने उसकी पत्नी को गैरकानूनी रुप से जबरदस्ती रखा हूँ। और पांच लाख रुपये मांग रहा हूँ। (संलग्नक संख्या-7) इस पर 18 मार्च 2013 को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष मैं प्रस्तुत हुआ। सपना से उसके भाई श्याम भी न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत हुए। जिसपर माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने फैसले में कहा। (संलग्नक संख्या-8)

“The Petition Stands disposed of, accordingly. Corpus is set at liberty she way go anywhere as per her wish & desire. Her husband Sunil Kumar Gupta is restrained from making any kind of interference in the peaceful life and liberty of the Corpus.”

सबसे बड़ी बात माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के इस फैसले को छिपाते हुए वही आरोप पुनः विभिन्न अधिकारियों एवं राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग (केस संख्या 21574/24/75/2013) को जाॅच के द्वारा सरकारी समय में सरकारी संसाधनों का दुरूपयोग कर रहा है। जो Cr.Pc की धारा 182के तहत अपराधिक कृत्य है।

विदित है कि 2 दिसम्बर 2013 को सपना अपने भाई श्याम व वकील के साथ समिति के कार्यालय मदद से आयी थी। उसी दिन सपना ने विभिन्न अधिकारियों से पंजीकृत पत्र से प्रार्थना पत्र दिया। (संलग्नक संख्या-9) और फिर 5 दिसम्बर 2012 को समिति ने राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग (केस 42218/24/72/2013/ UC) व पुलिस अधिकारियों को प्रार्थनापत्र भेजा था। (संलग्नक संख्या-10) 20 दिसम्बर 2012 को बरवाद करने की धमकी सुनील ने दी, जिसपर प्रार्थना पत्र दिया। (संलग्नक संख्या-11) पुनः 16 जनवरी 2013 को मो0नं0 +91 9452302585 से मेरे मोबाइल +91 9935599333 पर धमकी फोन आया, जिसपर पुनः मैने प्रार्थनापत्र दिया। (संलग्नक संख्या-12) मेरे पर 24 अपै्रल 2013 को हमला हुआ जिसपर उच्च पुलिस अधिकारियों के निर्देश पर 25 अपै्रल 2013 को दर्ज हुआ। (संलग्नक संख्या-13) 13 मई 2013 को इस सिलसिले में मैने SSP वाराणसी को पत्र भेजा है। (संलग्नक संख्या-14)

Shruti, head of a human rights organisation, working among weavers in Varanasi says that Naazra had an Above Poverty Line (APL) card. However, soon after the death of her two children, the district administration lost no time to issue her a BPL card. The Weaver Card will enable her to avail the benefits of welfare schemes.

Questioning the 'benevolence' of the district administration, Shruti said, "If the family was not under extreme poverty and malnutrition, why have they been given a BPL card, Weaver Card and food grains? How can the district administration claim that the two children died of the disease when the post mortem of the bodies was not conducted?"

She maintained that the Naazra family suffered from extreme poverty and malnutrition. Whatever little Naazra earned as a saree weaver, went in purchasing foodgrains. The family was dependent on doles from neighbours, but the financial condition of neighbours was also not good.

While one member of the family, Nazia Parveen had high fever at that time but they did not consider it important to give medicine to get relief. When the regional officer was contacted on phone by a member of PVCHR in this regard, he replied that while coming from CMO's office, he would deliver the medicines. After 2 pm in the afternoon, the social activists of PVCHR took Nazia to a private hospital nearby for the treatment where on the advice of the doctor, X-Ray and blood tests of Nazia were done. Nazia had been complaining of high fever and cough. On the basis of doctor's prescription Nazia was given paracetamol, anti-biotic and energy related medicines.
